Following the I.T. health check, clients are provided with a report of the status of their system(s) with serious / critical issues and areas of concern being specifically highlighted. I.T. System Health Check

With the server being core to the network and storage of critical company data, our dedicated server I.T. health check looks at key aspects of the server such as configuration, faults, missing critical software, storage space, power protection and much more.

Backups Check:

With backups being key to the survival of company data beyond a serious failure or even the accidental deletion of files or directories, it is an area that cannot afford to be overlooked nor compromised. ALL ICT looks at various areas and aspects of the computers to ensure that they are configured and working correctly. This ranges from configuration on the network through to correct configuration of users and appropriate installation of critical software such as anti-virus.

I.T. Security Health Check

Our I.T. Security Health Check evaluates the processes and their support infrastructure of your organisation, and provides you with recommendations for improving the security in your organisation. The I.T. health check consists of gathering information through workshops and interviews, conducting vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in administrative (e.g. business organisation, business processes, etc.) and technical areas (e.g. software systems, computer networks, etc.), and producing a detailed report highlighting the threats your organisation faces, the vulnerabilities that can be exploited, and recommendations to protect your organisation.
