DAF appoints ALL ICT for support

Truck manufacturer DAF has recently appointed ALL ICT to support DAF's mobile engineers´ mobile communications requirements.

Centrally managed by RAC, mobile engineers from DAF dealerships around the UK provide roadside support for DAF trucks and vehicles. Providing DAF´s mobile engineers with complete technical and logistical support for their PDA´s, ALL ICT enables the DAF engineers to focus on providing a quality service to DAF customers, without having to worry about technical and logistic issues with their mobile device. Should issues arise where an engineer requires support with his mobile device, DAF engineers have complete access to a dedicated team of ALL ICT Technicians who can provide telephone support, and can arrange the exchange or repair of equipment where required.

ALL ICT are able to provide a wide range of mobile solutions, be it PDA or Laptop based, including the specification, design and implementation of the complete solution. Ensuring aspects such as security of the data held on mobile devices whilst maintaining the required functionality is key, and as such ALL ICT ensures that full consultation and in depth cooperation between ALL ICT and the client is maximised.
